At ANDI, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If your new fashion pieces aren't the perfect fit, you can return or exchange unworn items within 30 days of delivery.

Initiate Your Return

Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to send back.

Prepare Your Package

Place the items in their original packaging with all tags attached and include the printed return packing slip inside the box.

Attach Shipping Label

Download and print the prepaid shipping label provided by our portal and securely tape it to the outside of your package.

Drop Off and Track

Hand your package to the designated carrier and keep your tracking number handy; we will process your refund within 5-7 business days of receipt.
